The Red Tie Studios Story

Since 2005 Red Tie Studios has been the premier illustrated portrait studio. It is one of the only portrait studios offering creative stories in the visual form much more involved in the personality of the subject than a traditional fine art portrait. Headquartered in Austin Texas, it was created by artists Tina Vaziri and David Poe. Trained in traditional and contemporary mediums, both artists are also award winning illustrators and designers, with many years of experience creating artwork that exceeds client expectations with their unique styles.

Wanting to make their one of a kind talent in creative portraiture available to all people, Tina and David started Red Tie Studios staying true to their vision of storytelling. They used their skills in illustration to seek out the inner workings of each subject and quickly understand what makes each person unique. They draw out the subject's individuality and visualize their dreams into beautiful artwork.

Tina and David will often collaborate on a portrait, each using their specialized strengths to bring the quality of a portrait to new heights. This collaboration is seamless and the life infused into the portrait is sure to take your breath away.
